GRP Sectional Water Tank

Our GRP  sectional water tanks are made from food-grade fiberglass reinforced panels, combined with a strong steel support structure and a reliable sealing system. The modular design allows different sizes and capacities to be assembled on site.

The panels are lightweight, corrosion-free, and suitable for potable water, fire-fighting, industrial, and agricultural water storage, even in coastal, humid, and industrial environments.

    Tank Structure

    • Panels: Made from food-grade resin with UV-resistant surface and multi-layer reinforced structure. Available in different panel sizes and thicknesses.

Internal Structure: High-strength tie rods ensure stability and shape retention when the tank is fully filled.

External Structure: Hot-dip galvanized steel channels improve overall strength and load-bearing capacity.

Accessories: Inlet & outlet flanges, drain outlet, overflow pipe, vent, manhole cover, ladder, water level indicator, sealing gaskets, bolts & nuts.

Foundation: Concrete base or steel beam base options are available to ensure even load distribution and long-term stability.

    FAQ

Q1: Is the tank suitable for potable water?
A: Yes. Food-grade resin is used and meets potable water standards.

Q2: How long does installation take?
A: A 100–500 m³ tank usually takes 10–15 days, depending on site conditions.

Q3: How is panel thickness selected?
A: Panel thickness and tie-rod design are determined by tank height and capacity by our engineers.

Q4: Can the tank be installed on rooftops?
A: Yes. GRP panels are lightweight and require relatively low structural load capacity.
